Andrea, who is from the Czech Republic, explored France in the 1980’s for a brief period before finally settling and finding wine. His vineyards are located just outside of the town of Valvigneres in the Ardeche. All of the work in the vineyards is done organically and all the fruit is hand harvested.
The wines are naturally fermented and undergo some carbonic mas- ceration. No additions are made at any point and the wines are bottled without sulphur. These wines are wonderful expressions of the wildness of Ardeche.
